The General Services Administration recently announced on July 30, 2018 that they along with Department of Defense (DOD) and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) are considering an amendment to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to establish a standard survey for obtaining voluntary feedback from potential offerors on government contracts and solicitations.
The Government is in need of feedback from contractors on the potential benefits and burdens of voluntary feedback surveys. Responses must be received no later than September 21, 2018 in order to be considered.
