The GSA’s Office of Professional Services and Human Capital Categories (PSHC) has postponed the award of the OASIS+ Small Business contracts due to protests filed following the announcement of apparent awardees on SAM.GOV and the notifications issued to unsuccessful offerors on July 30, 2024.
According to the Agency’s July 30 announcement, contract awards and Notices to Proceed (NTP) were initially planned for issuance on or around August 12, 2024. However, these dates have been delayed due to the protests (31 U.S.C. § 3553). The agency states they are working to resolve the protests as swiftly as possible and will provide updates when available through SAM.gov.
