Once a vendor has been approved a GSA schedule you must remain in compliance with the terms and conditions of the contract. One way of doing that is by accepting mass modifications as they are received.
A modification is any changes that are made to the contract. Throughout the tenure of the contract GSA will refresh the terms and conditions of the schedule solicitations, which will entail clauses for your GSA schedule contract to updated, this is when a mass modification will take place. Mass modifications apply to all GSA schedule holders and is mandatory, and must be replied to by the vendor before any additional modifications are accepted. Any oustanding mass modifications will delay contract updates that your company submits.
