Due to the shortage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) amidst the COVID-19 outbreak GSA is now allowing the purchase of non-TAA products from GSA schedule vendors in order to fulfill requirements with immediate need.Ā This will be a temporary allowance for specific Federal Supply Classes (FSC).Ā Click here to view the allowable FSC’s.
GSA has stated that Multiple Award Contractors that can meet the urgent need of the agency in supplying the items under the listed FSC’sĀ should submit a standalone modification request via the e-Mod portal when proposing to add non-TAA compliant products to an FSS contract.
