GSA Proposal Maven has over twenty years’ experience in acquisition support services, we are equipped to handle requirements for our federal clients within a short time frame. Pre Award- Perform market research, draft acquisition plans, draft Independent Government       Estimates (IGE), draft Statements of Work (SOW), draft Request For Proposal (RFP), draft Request For Quotation (RFQ), draft Request For Information (RFI), draft Intergovernmental Support Agreement (IGSA), draft Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans (QASP), draft Q& A revisions, Analyze cost/price reasonableness, draft Performance Requirements Summary (PRS), develop source selection plans. 

Post Award/Contract Management- Monitor and report contract performance, review contractor invoices, manage lines of accounting, tracking of requirements, upload documents into required portal, Ensure timely reporting of deliverables. 

Close Out Services- Reconcile funds and balances, verify deliverable acceptance, obtain fully    executed release statements, develop closeout package, coordinate with DCAA.
