The OASIS+ Program has released a mandatory contract modification affecting both current contract holders and companies with pending proposals. These changes implement Executive Order 14398 and update several FAR clauses and contract provisions. The modification includes:
- Addition of FAR 52.222-90, Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors
- Update to FAR 52.244-6, Subcontracts for Commercial Products and Commercial Services
- Addition of Section H.24, Use of Government Supply Sources, including FAR 52.208-90
- Minor administrative updates and clarifying language
- For OASIS+ Unrestricted contracts, the addition of eight new CLINs under the Enterprise Solutions Domain
These changes will apply to all existing OASIS+ Master Contracts and future contract awards. Contract modifications began being distributed through CALM/DocuSign on July 1, 2026. Contractors should review and sign their modification as soon as possible. The OASIS+ Program must complete these updates by July 24, 2026.
Amendment 0009 has been posted to SAM.gov. If you submitted your proposal before Amendment 0009 and have not yet received an award or unsuccessful notice, you must sign and upload the SF 30 in Symphony by July 15, 2026. If you are submitting a new proposal, simply acknowledge all current amendments during proposal submission. A separate SF 30 is not required unless directed by the Government.
