OASIS And HCaTS Reporting Gets Simplified

OASIS and HCATS Reporting Gets Simplified

The General Services Administration (GSA) is moving OASIS and HCaTS contractors to a new sales reporting platform. If your company holds one of these contracts, now is the time to prepare for the upcoming transition. The change will move contractors from the Contract Payment Reporting Module (CPRM) to the Sales Reporting Portal (SRP). This initiative creates a single reporting system across multiple Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) contract vehicles, including OASIS+, Polaris, and the GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS).

Using one platform simplifies the reporting process for contractors while allowing GSA to retire the legacy CPRM system.

Transition Timeline

GSA expects the migration to occur on the following schedule:

OASIS Contracts: On or about July 8, 2026

HCaTS Contracts: On or about July 31, 2026

CPRM will become unavailable approximately 10 days before each transition date. GSA has stated that additional implementation guidance and training opportunities will be provided before each migration begins.

Once your contract has been transitioned to SRP, the reporting process will remain familiar, but it will take place within a different system.

Contractors will continue to:

  • Report task order award data within 30 days of award.
  • Submit quarterly Contract Access Fee (CAF) payments through Pay.gov using SRP.
  • Access the Sales Reporting Portal using a FAS ID with multi-factor authentication (MFA).

If you already hold an OASIS+ contract, this process should look familiar. OASIS+ contractors already report sales through SRP, and OASIS and HCaTS contractors will follow the same reporting model after the transition.

To avoid disruptions, contractors should verify that all users have an active FAS ID with multi-factor authentication enabled before the migration begins. It is also important to complete any outstanding reporting in CPRM before the system is locked.

This transition is another step toward standardizing sales reporting across GSA contract vehicles. Taking a few minutes to prepare now can help ensure a smooth migration when your contract moves to the Sales Reporting Portal.
