General Services Administration (GSA) recently issued Refresh #19 on December 6, 2023. This refresh corrects the Contracting Officer fill-in language for FAR Clause 52.204-30 Alt I. Contractors are expected to accept this refresh within 90 days of issuance. Refresh 19 will include changes that are associated with Refresh 18.
