GSA issued a reference guide to assist GSA contract holders to receive a better of understanding of the Contract Assessment (CA) process. Contract assessments are conducted by the Industrial Operations Analyst (IOA) throughout the tenure of the contract. IOA’s are in place to help to contract ensure compliance of the contract.
