There have been many changes over time to the GSA MAS schedule program. Currently the agency is proposing changes to the modification process for current contract holders replacing the Services and Training Price Proposal Template (PPT). The FAS Catalog Platform Service File (FCP) is a user-friendly platform that will be operated within E-Mod. The implementation is anticipated for Fiscal Year 2025 and beyond. This change would have data communicated between GSA Advantage!, E-Mod and the Schedule Input Program (SIP) removing the duty of the GSA contract holder from having to upload a revised pricelist through SIP.
