A bill was passed by Senate on Thursday to avoid a government shutdown. Spending will cover through September as Congress approved a funding package for around $1.7 trillion that gives national security and domestic spending an increase, additional funding will also aid Ukraine. The bill passed 225-201 and will now move to President Biden to sign into law.
