A revision to GSA solicitation 47QSMD20R0001 is scheduled for Refresh #17 in July 2023. Refresh 16 published on included changes to SCP-FSS-001 to remove language that proposed pricing must be highly competitive in order to be considered fair and reasonable. GSA has indicated that this requirement is no longer in effect. The reference of such will be removed on upcoming refresh #17.
