GSA Refresh 32 Changes Contractors Must Know

GSA MAS Refresh 28 Issued

The General Services Administration (GSA) has released MAS Solicitation 47QSMD20R0001 Refresh 28 to address a technical issue that impacted the system-generated Mass Modification associated with Refresh 27. This latest refresh is primarily corrective in nature and does not introduce any new terms, conditions, or substantive updates beyond those previously established in Refresh 27.

Contractors should note that the purpose of Refresh 28 is solely to ensure system functionality and alignment with the modifications originally intended in the prior refresh. All revisions implemented under Refresh 27 remain valid and are carried forward without alteration.

Vendors are encouraged to review the updated solicitation documentation to confirm their compliance with the current version and complete the Mass Modification as required. While no action is necessary regarding new clauses or requirements, acceptance of the modification is still essential to maintain an active and compliant Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contract.

This refresh ensures consistent application of contract updates across the MAS program and reinforces GSA’s commitment to accuracy and operational efficiency in its procurement systems. Contractors with questions regarding this refresh or the modification process should contact their assigned GSA contracting officer or review official guidance available through the Vendor Support Center (VSC).
