The General Services Administration (GSA) announced that helicopters will temporarily be covered under MAS SIN 336413. This is only a short-term solution while GSA figures out a long-term plan for how these items will be purchased. The goal is to make sure federal agencies can still get what they need without slowing down their missions.

GSA is moving to its new FAS Catalog Platform (FCP). This means the old pricing templates will be replaced with new digital files called the FCP Product File and FCP Services Plus File. -
Updated Rules:
A new clause has been added reminding contractors they must follow GSA’s catalog requirements. GSA also rolled older pricing adjustment rules into one streamlined clause. -
Small Business Updates:
Nineteen older “set-aside” SINs that were already retired are now being fully removed from the schedule. -
Proposal Instructions:
The main instructions for offerors (companies submitting offers) are being revised for clarity. -
General Rule Updates:
GSA is rolling in the latest round of regulatory updates (GSAR Change 187).
